In the last year, over 50 schools, community groups and film societies have shown our film, Children of the Snow Land.
This has helped raise much needed funds for our projects at Snowland Journeys.
Pupils at Aith Junior High School in Shetland were so moved by our documentary that they wanted to do something to help. They decided to raise money for Snowland Journeys and took part in a bag-packing session at Lerwick Co-op as well as organising a quiz night. They managed to raise over £700
Beaconsfield Film Society decided to add fundraising to their virtual film screening, with a introduction over Zoom by director Zara Balfour. This raised £750 and we got our first monthly donor.
